About Terra Verde Resort
Terra Verde is a new, Gated Holiday Resort built by Park Square Homes. The entrance to the Resort is just off Poinciana Boulevard, approx. 2 miles south, from the junction with US192.
Parts of the site border conservation areas Terra Verde consists of a mixture of 3 & 4 bedroom Town homes and larger individual homes of up to 7 bedrooms.
The town homes are grouped in clusters of 6 and are painted in a mixture of pastel colours and shades, giving a Venetian community atmosphere to the streets.
The 3 bedroom town homes have hot tubs on the patio and 4 bedroom town homes have individual, small swimming pools. Many are either clustered around the shores of the lake that is central to the resort or backing onto the conservation areas.
The lake is stocked for fishing and has a large wooden bridge in the center, providing many of the town homes direct access to the Club house and Reception.
External to the club house is a large free-form pool with hot tub, a Tiki bar, child’s play area, sandy beach with hammocks slung between the palm trees and a basketball court.
The club house contains a Day Spa offering a variety of body treatments, a cyber café-type room, a fully fitted exercise room, a games room and Concierge services.
Home management services are also available.
The resort is approx. 30 minutes from Orlando Int. airport and distance to Disney is between 10 and 15 minutes, depending upon traffic.
